Laser Engraving Custom laser engraving is the process of the laser printing dots, very similar to the way an inkjet print printer works...but without the ink. With the ability to print highly detailed graphic images, the laser head scans back and forth, left to right, engraving a series of dots one line at a time.

Rotary Engraving Rotary engraving is a different process than laser engraving. Lasering basically peels away layers of product in a series of dots, whereby rotary engraving physically cuts the product itself. Depending on what material you're using, rotary engraving can produce a sharper more defined image, however it does take longer to process.
Embroidery The embroidery process begins with digitizing your logo. This involves recreating your artwork into a stitch file that will serve to instruct the automated embroidery machines what color, where, and what to stitch. Then your apparel will he hooped with backing and secured onto the machine, so that the digitized logo can be sewn in.
Screen Printing Screenprinting is a printmaking technique that creates an image using a stencil. It is commonly used to print images on T-shirts, hats, CDs, DVDs, ceramics, glass, plastics, paper, metals, and wood.
